The page shows role maps, and every role map carries the same contract. Take the Quality Assurance Associate it shows further down. Where you sit: inside the independent Quality Assurance function, across the commercial-manufacturing lifecycle. What you own: record review for completeness and integrity. What you do not own: performing the manufacturing steps. Who you escalate to: QA management and the Quality Head. And the evidence you create: reviewed records. Every role map is free, and none needs an account.
Then the page asks two questions. Tell us where you stand. We will not guess. The first is what you do, or what you are studying. Identity first: it decides which role map is yours, and whose work sits beside it. If you are not sure yet, that is a real answer, not a skip. The second is optional: what you are trying to understand right now, such as a deviation, an inspection that is coming, a batch that has to be released, a system or facility to qualify, or where your career could go. Task second: it decides which scenario and which pathway come first. Both answers are optional and editable at any time. They order what SPEQ shows you. Answer either question and your route appears, in the same five steps every time. Orient, locate, learn, practise, and evidence, each resolved to real pages. Everyone starts with why the work is regulated at all, before any acronym. The last step is honest about its limits: reading is not evidence, so nothing there is inferred from pages you opened. This is a reading route, not a training plan or a competence assessment, and you can change it at any time.
If you want, you can refine your scope. There are five levels: understand your work, understand your process, understand the system, lead across functions, and think at enterprise level. Nobody is asked to climb all five. Choose the scope your work requires now; the map shows where that scope connects next. Then choose depth in one function. Deep in one or two functions, conversant across the rest, with enough judgment to know when to call the expert. That is what leading in this industry looks like.
