Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 July 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SPEQ (speqgx.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to users accessing SPEQ content, tools, templates, and resources.
Platform Access
SPEQ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access platform content for your professional use. Explorer provides the stated free account features. Professional provides the paid features listed on the pricing page while the subscription remains eligible for access.
Acceptable Use
You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell SPEQ content — including templates, standards annotations, protected analysis, mappings, and framework materials — outside your licensed organization without written permission. You may not use automated scraping, crawling, bulk extraction, sequential requests, account sharing, access-control circumvention, or AI/model training to reconstruct or republish protected SPEQ content. Ordinary search-engine indexing of approved public pages and use of templates for licensed internal GxP project delivery remain permitted.
Billing
Professional and Team are billed through Stripe at the price, interval, and seat quantity shown before Checkout. Professional includes one 14-day card-required trial per verified account. Team includes one 30-day card-required trial per eligible organization and verified work-email domain, limited to 5 seats; larger initial teams begin paid service immediately. Team seat additions are prorated immediately and reductions take effect at renewal. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually. You may cancel through the billing portal, effective at the end of the current paid period. Failed renewals receive a 7-day access grace period; Professional then returns to Explorer and retained Team work becomes read-only. Enterprise is separately qualified and contracted and has no public recurring Stripe Price. Except where required by law, fees already charged for a billing period are non-refundable. Taxes may be added where required.
Email Alerts
Personal watchlist digests are optional and begin only when you enable them. They contain SPEQ rule-based matching of published, source-linked regulatory records and are informational, not legal or regulatory advice. You may change the cadence or turn delivery off from Saved & Watchlists at any time.
Intellectual Property
All SPEQ framework content, templates, standards annotations, and platform design are the intellectual property of SPEQ. Regulatory source documents (ICH, FDA, EU GMP, etc.) are referenced for practitioner guidance and remain the property of their respective issuing bodies.
Disclaimer
SPEQ content is provided for informational and professional development purposes. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance advice, and SPEQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by the FDA, EMA, ICH, or any other regulatory body it references. Interpretive features are labelled as SPEQ editorial interpretation. Regulatory codes and identifiers may change; you are responsible for verifying current requirements and applying content to your specific regulatory context and jurisdiction.
No Warranty & Limitation of Liability
The platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPEQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any decision made in reliance on the content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Privacy & Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, the legal bases and providers involved, international transfers, and your rights. By using SPEQ you acknowledge that processing, and where a legal basis of consent applies (such as the newsletter or analytics cookies) you may withdraw it at any time. See the Privacy Policy at /privacy.
Governing Law & International Use
SPEQ is operated from the United States and is offered to practitioners worldwide. These terms are governed by the laws applicable where SPEQ operates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights you hold in your country of residence. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you where you access the platform.
Modifications
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users, and the "last updated" date below will change. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
