All of them read the same synthetic enterprise: one fictional site, its systems, its roles, its evidence and the obligations over it. That is deliberate — the same water loop appears in the qualification planner, the systems fabric and the change engine, so moving between them is moving between readings of one thing rather than between unrelated demos. None of them is an operational system, none holds your data, and none is a system of record. Where a surface can only be honest by saying what it does not know, it says so.
