How to use this library
Start with Type — a field safety notice concerns a device in the field, a medicines recall concerns a batch, and a Drug Safety Update is MHRA’s monthly bulletin. Then narrow by year. Each row opens the alert record with its date, type and a link to MHRA’s own notice.
Alerts are MHRA records reproduced as published; SPEQ adds no interpretation. A blank type means the entry could not be classified by construction — it is never guessed.
