WHAT THE ECOSYSTEM PROVIDES, AND WHAT STAYS YOURS
SPEQ’s reading of published remits, not a claim about any organization’s services and not a criticism of them. The point is the handoff, which is easy to miss when support is good.
The ecosystem provides: Company formation, licensing of the underlying university invention, and the terms on which you may commercialise it.
Still yours: What the product claims to do, for whom, in what setting. A licence establishes what you may build on; it does not fix the intended use every downstream evidence decision is made against.
